The Others is available to hire as Studio Space 24 hrs 7 days a week at an hourly rate of  £10ph for bands and £15 ph for all other usage.

Discounts are available for regular/block bookings.

All equipment listed is included in hire price.

 The Others has been acoustically treated for an excellent live sound and is used by many musicians for recording as well as TV, film, photographic shoots, theatre, dance etc.  There are pull down black, white and chroma key screens 3.2m wide available. The space has excellent natural light from south facing 2.2m high windows running the length of the building, (blackable). Space dimensions are 17m by 10m by 3m ceiling height.  The space and furniture/equipment can easily be arranged to suit purpose.
